It’s really interesting to be a manager consultant!
You just ask a question. They think and talk, think and talk… They find their weaknesses and become confused. They figure out new ideas and become delighted. They find that they are really better than they think. They want to do strange things. They have great ideas which really impress you and themselves. They recognize their capabilities to be the best. They feel the power to compete any other firm.
All of these are like the parts of a puzzle which are brought together and make a perfect picture that everyone understands, accepts, and is proud of. And you can enjoy all this process. Birth of a little baby and its growth, responsiveness of its parents, and the challenges they face. Then when it becomes grown up you’ll let this family enjoy its life and will be happy from its happiness and success.
